Summary
Pathe synopsis: Mimosa in bloom. A springtime scene which could be high summer, because there are bees as work. But they are harvesting this mimosa and that suggests winter. In fact it is winter, because this is an export industry. Winter sunshine - we see it on its way to countries crowned with ice and we meet it here in Monte Carlo and in Menton where the Orange and Lemon Festival is being prepared. They have a quarter of a million grapefruit and tangerines, oranges, lemons and every citrus fruit you can think of, built into carnival floats, fountains, golden decorations that sing out the reality of Winter sunshine in a novel way you’ll never forget.
