Summary
Pathe synopsis: We go to the Isle of Grain, Kent, to see part of the work of a Customs and Excise officer, of the plain clothes branch, who is responsible for the collection of vast sums in duty and purchase tax. In one "killing", so to speak, an officer may make a million pounds for the Treasury - in duty on an oil tanker!
