Summary

Pathe synopsis: Behinds the scenes at the Waterguard Training Centre [of HM Customs and Excise], we see how future customs officers are instructe in all the dodges, some old, some comparatively new - but, obviously, all have been discovered by these highly trained men, who deal not only with the odd item a traveller "forgets" to declare, but with the deadly trading in narcotics.
