Summary
Pathe synopsis: Many public houses serve good food - but how many would permit their customers to paint with it? Well, this one in Hemel Hempstead, Herts, encourages a group of artists who scorn normal paints and instead use such varied commodities as cornflakes, macaroni, rice, tea and even stewed onion skins - and if they don’t like the look of their pictures they can always eat them!
