Summary
Pathe synopsis: If you want to impress your grandchildren with a line about the old Gaiety Theatre - in spite of the fact that you have never been there, why not pay a visit to a tavern near Hyde Park, where proprietor John Hussey has recaptured the old-time atmostphere in a bar which is a miniature reproduction of the original theatre. The opening night is spangled with stars old and new, among them Bobby Howes, Dorothy Ward, Lupino Lane, Leslie Henson and Ruby Miller.
