Summary

Pathe synopsis: Those who believe there is nothing new under the sun should take a look at these new hair fashions created by the inventive coiffeur, Steiner. Using special sprays, he achieves some novel and colourful styles bearing such names as "Drake’s Tail" and "Flaming Torch". Another of his unusual ideas is stencilling a girl’s name in her hair - a useful idea at a party, eliminating the need for formal introductions!
