Summary

Pathe synopsis: The design of swim caps has long lagged behind that of other fashions, but this state of affairs is now being improved, and we illustrate the change with a collecction of some of the latest styles. With such novel innovations as curled nylon hair attached to caps, and pearl-studded designs, seaside resorts should rapidly become centres of "haute couture".
