Summary
Pathe synopsis: A new type of sailing craft, probably the fastest in the world, takes the water. Developed from the "twin-log" dugouts of the Pelopenesians thousands of years ago, the "cat", with only 140 square feet of sail, can reach speeds of well over 20 knots. This craft, whcih is winning sailing prestige for Britain, was built by Roland and Francis Prout, of Canvey Island, Essex.
