Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Churchill’s Tour of Yorkshire. DESCRIPTION: The Premier has completed a high-speed tour of the North East of England. At Sheffield he complimented the workers in a speech at the Town Hall. SHOTLIST: Mr Churchill goes to Newcastle and tours the towns and shipyards. He inspects troop riding in a scout car. At Sheffield he sees an armament factory and then addresses a huge crowd from the balcony of the Town Hall. Then he stood in his car acknowledging then cheers of the crowd by waving his hat on the end of his stick.
