Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Forest Giants Fall to Australians Axes. DESCRIPTION: Mighty Karri trees are cut down at Pemberton, Western Australia, and put on rail for report. SHOTLIST: Panning shot from bottom of tree to top. Close shot of two men with axes and two natives sawing at base of trees. Close shot of saw cut gradually widening as tree falls. Close shot of men cutting up tree trunks, same being loaded onto train. Shot from one truck of train following loaded with trunks. Shot of engine moving through trees hauling log trucks.
