Summary
The Imperial War Museum. Lord Montgomery opened a new documents room, where, on show for the first time are two historic pieces of paper - one that Chamberlain brought back from Munich in 1938 signed by himself and Hitler which promised, "Peace in Our Time", - the other the acceptance of the German surrender in 1945 which was witnessed by ‘Monty’.
