- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Air Raid on England. DESCRIPTION: The long expected Air Raids on Britain have begun with an attack on East Anglia. Several lives were lost in a Cambridgeshire town when a row of houses was hit. SHOTLIST: Shots of a ruined school near Southend. Wreckage of a German plane, and RAF officer inspects a machine gun. Row of damaged houses in Cambridge. Also scenes in a country district. The Reverend Johnson, the vicar, recounts his experiences. Another shot of a wrecked bomber followed by yet another, this time on the sea-shore.
