- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: American Train Wreck. DESCRIPTION: A train crash in which thirty died, storms in New England and floods in Ohio. SHOTLIST: Various shots of the wreck which caused the death of 30 persons and the injury of a further 100. Various shots of the telescoped carriages and the battered engine. The train was the "Lake Shore Limited". New England Storm - CARD 38867 Various shots of the mountainous waves breaking over the sea wall on the New England coast. Floods Inundate Ohio River Valley - CARD 38868 Various shots of the water in the streets. The only means of transport is by boat and people are marooned on the top stories of their houses slide down awning poles into boats.
