- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: March of the Second AIF. DESCRIPTION: The Australian Expeditionary Force marches through Sydney. SHOTLIST: The streets of Sydney are jammed with people to watch the farewell march of the Australian Expeditionary Force. Past the Shrine of Remembrance and the Cenotaph they go and a younger generation still flags them on. At the Town Hall the salute is taken by Lord Gowrie, the Governor General of New South Wales and Lieutenant General Sir Thomas Blamey, their commander overseas. At the end a voice singing "Wish me luck, as you wave me good-bye" is included in the S/T.
