Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: BEF Shipment Five. DESCRIPTION: British soldiers take over an old fort and strengthen its defences. SHOTLIST: British troops march into a fort which was built about 80 years ago. The soldiers set to work digging gun-pits under camouflage and strengthening the defences with concrete. In farmyards and schools, while children play happily round, the RASC get to work maintaining the mechanised units. Meanwhile a unit of British armoured cars pays a visit to a French tank unit. Also scenes of bread transport.
