Summary
Duke and Duchess of Gloucester aboard an Australian warship as he cuts a ribbon spanning the entrance to Sydney’s great nine million pound graving dock. The Duke, as Governor General of Australia, makes a speech and then the Duchess names the dock "Captain Cook Dock".
