Synopsis
The four DVDs in the series provide dramatised case studies to help leaders, managers and team members to overcome leadership blunders, personality clashes, client service disasters and bullying and harassment. Produced by Australian motivational psychologist Eve Ash who provides a commentary after each scenario. The four parts are: LEADERSHIP SINS; PERSONALITY CLASH; DAMAGE CONTROL; BULLYING AND HARASSMENT.

Each DVD comes with a workbook with activities, handouts and full script.
