Pest Control: Harrassment at Work (6 Parts)

Synopsis
A series of six videos, available as a set or individually, containing practical tips for dealing with sexual, racial and all other forms of harassment. Most harassment can and should be nipped in the bud: prevention is better than punishing harassers. Everyone in the workplace has a role in preventing harassment and responding to it if it occurs and organisations of all types need to accept that harassment occurs, learn to recognise it and deal with it. The two ‘training’ videos introduce the subject and raise awareness of harassment among all groups at work. The four ‘action’ videos each give specific guidance to a different group: managers, workplace counsellors, people who are being harassed and those accused of harassment.
