Harambee
- Synopsis
- Shows Independence Day celebrations in a small rural community in northern Kenya. The slogan ‘Harambee’ means ‘working together for the common good’, but the concept of a united Kenya is still new to the formerly isolated peoples of the north. Changes affecting their traditional culture are highlighted.
