- Ronan Carroll reports on a raid on Britain’s oldest pop pirate radio station, Radio Caroline. The station has been forced off air after Dutch officials boarded their vessel, The Ross Revenge, in the North Sea following police raids in Holland and Belgium in pursuit of information about advertisers on the station. Caroline spokespersons claim the raid was illegal, having been mounted in international waters. Includes interviews with station manager, Peter Moore; Mike Coolican, Department of Trade and Industry.
