Description

Paul Kent reports while flying over the scene after over 100 people were rescued from a blazing ferry in the English channel off the Kent coast. The Sally Star was sailing from Dunkirk to Ramsgate. A fire broke out in the engine room and smoke could be seen from the shore six miles away. One crew member was injured and airlifted to RAF Manston but there are no reports of other casualties.
