- Description
- The Government is under pressure to bring in new legislation on computer hacking. In a major test case, the House of Lords confirmed a Court of Appeal ruling that accountant Steve Gold and computer magazine editor Robert Schifreen had not committed an offence by breaking into British Telecom’s Prestel service. Schifreen is proud to have proved there is a loophole in the law; he tells how he hacked into the Duke of Edinburgh’s message account. Female interviewer not identified.
