Summary
On board the carrier USS Hornet during an air attack by Japanese planes. The Hornet’s guns at work on the Jap planes as they come in low over the carrier, many diving into the sea after being hit. US planes attempt to land on the deck but do so with difficulty and the deck crews helps with the mis-haps. A Jap bomb finds the deck and amid the smoke a hole appears.
