Summary

First pictures showing the early stages of events in the Sedjenane-Mateur front. Commandos make a stop at Sedjenane after some stiff fighting in this sector. French Commandos on the outskirts of Tebourba also make a halt. With most of the fighting taking place in hilly country this does not permit large numbers of forces to be used. Air strength is still less than the Germans, although Lightnings are playing their part. The battle for Tebourba is still being fought.
