- Summary
- Mr Churchill in Edinburgh where he has the Freedom of the City conferred on him. He then proceeds to speak: he tells of his visit to the Fleet which has just made. He refers to recent speeches made by enemy leaders and of Hitler’s complaints that no one takes any notice of his achievements. After all his successes, Hitler can’t understand why we and our allies are not downhearted. He tells of the heroic feats of the Russians and ends with "We must keep right on ‘til the end of the road, keep right on ‘til the end". When speaking of his visit to the Fleet, Churchill’s voice is heard over actual shots of the visit.
