Summary
Basil Radford (film star) is seen running round the neighbourhood picking up all kinds of rubber, ie, old tyres, hosepipe, sole off shoe, etc. He is being chased by the people from whom he took all these items. He then stops and explains to them why he took them and how important it is for everyone to put out all their old rubber to add to the war effort.
