Summary
The tanks and aircraft to Russia promised for the month of October have been provided. Lord Beaverbrook back from the 3-Power conference in Moscow talks of the weapons we are pledged to supply to Russia and says the outcome of the Battle of Russia will decide the second Battle of Britain.
