Summary
Including: Lieutenant Commander Gene Tunney, as US Navy PT expert, puts sailors through their paces. Launching of the US cruiser "San Diego" and destroyer "Bristol". Mr Wendell Willkie calls on the people of California to help make the American foreign policy effective. A new American dive bomber for England, called the Vengeance, is sent on its way by Lady Halifax. Lord Halifax speaking says that Britain will not quit until she has finished the job.
