MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: National Service Campaign Albert Hall Rally. DESCRIPTION: The Rally is addressed by Sir John Anderson, Ernest Brown and Herbert Morrison. SHOTLIST: Thousands of ARP volunteers gather at the Albert Hall for the National Service Rally. Among the speakers are Sir John Anderson, Mr Ernest Brown and Mr Herbert Morrison. Sir Frank Bowater, the Lord Mayor presents pennants to the London Boroughs and the proceedings close with the massed singing of Blake’s Jerusalem.
