Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Tom Mooney Pardoned. DESCRIPTION: Tom Mooney leave San Quentin and receives his freedom from Governor Olson. SHOTLIST: Tom Mooney leaves San Quentin by car to travel to Sacramento where his case is to have a further hearing. With Tom Mooney at the trial is his wife. Governor Olson issues the call for further evidence. No one volunteers so the Governor pardons the man who has been in prison for 22 years.
