Summary
Arsenal meet Huddersfield in the last thrilling tussle for the FA Cup - football’s most coveted honour. Alec James scored for Arsenal after 16 minutes play. Half-time - Arsenal lead by one goal to nil after 45 minutes of really sparkling football by both sides. J Lambert scored a second goal for Arsenal. Only slow-motion pictures can adequately reveal ‘the luck of the game’. The Graf Zeppelin made a dramatic appearance during early part of the second half. His Majesty the King presented the Cup amidst tremendous enthusiasm.
