Summary

Hon VJ Patel - President of Indian Legislative Assembly - launches Indian steamer "Jalabala" according to Eastern customs. The stern was anointed, garlanded and a coconut deposited. As she started to move, another coconut was broken on the side, and rice thrown over her.
