Summary
The existence of a loyal and united Africa today, can be attributed to his personality and tact with Native, Boer and Afrikaner. His democratic ways and absence of side "captured" Uruguay. Revival of British trade with the Argentine has followed his stay in Buenos Aires, where he had an indescribably enthusiastic reception. To all children he is always Prince Charming. For 200 days - over 25,000 miles - in all weathers, from burning Veldt to snowy Andes, he has not spared himself in the Empire’s service. By the Prince’s kindly intervention, Mr Bramley Jnr, was able to leave HMS Repulse in time to attend his father’s funeral.
