MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Samoan Clipper Lost. SHOTLIST: The Samoan Clipper took off from Samoa bound for New Zealand, but disaster overtook it on the way. The last wireless message sent from the Clipper sail "oil leak". And now wreckage found in the sea shows the clipper caught fire in the air and plunged into the sea a blazing wreck. The captain, Musick, hero of a million miles in the air, and a crew of 6, were all killed. Shots of the Clipper, in air, over San Francisco bridge, etc. CU of captain.
