MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Royalty. Busy With Numerous Engagements. DESCRIPTION: The Royal family is busy with numerous public engagements. SHOTLIST: Royal car arriving at City of London Hospital. Small children seated. Queen Mary greeted by Mayor of Bethnal Green. She is seen in the hospital to open new surgical wing. Gifts are received from children. (Small boys gets muddled up about shaking hands with Queen Mary). Duke and Duchess of Gloucester - Duke in Highland dress (uniform). The Duke as Colonel in Chief presents new colours to the Gordon Highlanders. Shots of the Duchess watching ceremony with guests. Elevated shot of the Duke taking the salute. Elevated shot of marchpast. Duke of Kent arriving to open new headquarters of Civil Aviation. He performs the opening ceremony. The Duke breaks the flag. Flag flies from top of Aerial House.
