Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Weird Things Happen When It Is Full Moon Time in Burma. DESCRIPTION: Weird things happen when it is full moon time in Burma. SHOTLIST: Shot of idol and construction around same for erection. Shot of native working on same. Shot of coffin being taken through streets. Shot of imitation buffalo fight. A man dressed as a buffalo. Shot of feasting. Native children eat. The coffin is swung to and fro in a cradle in a huge tent. It is then taken up to the idol previously built for cremation. This is called the Chin-Tai. The funeral is that of a priest.
