Shot of crowd craning necks to see the arrival. The plane is taken along by mechanics. Crowds line staircase outside building. She moves up to dais as the crowds cheer. With her husband she greets various people. She speaks. leaving the dais followed by crowd. They drive through waving and cheering crowds.
