Summary
Babcock and Wilcox synopsis: There is an active B. & W. Auto Club at the Company’s Renfrew works and its members are keen followers of such sporting events as the Annual "Rest and be Thankful" hill-climb up that famous road in the Cowal Hills of Argyllshire. Many well-known drivers are there and excitement mounts amid a cacophony of "revving-up" and open exhausts as the competitors roar up the long hill and its final difficult hairpin bend, to cross the finishing line.
