- Summary
- COI synopsis: Gramophone records can provide a whole symphony orchestra playing the ‘1812’ on a 12-inch plastic disc thanks to stereophonic sound and microgrooves. Now, book publishers, with the techniques of micro-lithography and stereoscopic viewing available, can virtually print the whole of ‘War and Peace’ on a return ticket to Moscow.
