Summary
COI synopsis: When we are ill, the balance of proteins in our blood alters. If particular diseases have their own protein balance new methods of diagnosis and treatment could be evolved. But first you have to separate the individual proteins, and to do this, the technique of protein electrophoresis has been devised.
