Summary

COI synopsis: Some would call it the eccentricty of the British, but kinder souls define it as the British inventiveness. There’s a tradition in Britain, a compulsion to search out new ideas, to adapt them, modify them and come up with the extraordinary. Mosquitos, a transmitter of killer disease, are waterborne. Essential to their survival is a need to surface for oxygen. Professor McMullen has used a substance - lipid - to develop a foam preventing their access to fresh air and sealing the mosquitos to a watery grave.
