- Summary
- Pathe synopsis: A more serious hobby is practised by holidaymakers at St Albans, Hertfordshire. Under the eyes of experts they devote their holiday to excavating a Roman site dating back to 140 AD. As new foundations are uncovered the plan of the site is modified; this plan along with photographs and the relics uncovered will soon be all that remains to show tht a town ever existed here, for the site is to be filled in to accommodate a new by-pass.
