Summary
COI synopsis: Ex-racing driver Tom Barnard has already made his name with a line of miniature racing cars for children. Powered by lawn mower engines - the idea is to teach children driving sense at an early age. Now he has developed the idea into a range of mini-sports cars capable of 45 mph.
