Summary
NoS synopsis: The business of comedians and of writing humorous material for them. In this issue we find a look at the business behind the humour. The music halls are dying out and television and cinema have taken over. Morecambe and Wise are shown at work in the film studios. Then Coco, a clown of the circus world, and Osbert Lancaster, are shown evolving a cartoon. Other on-screen participants are Ray Galton and Alan Simpson.
