According to bfi sources this story was filmed from the 28th to the 30th August 1948. Two electricians, MacDonald and Taylor Boothby, were hired for the story from Mole-Richardson Ltd, Acton. It was advertised by DATA under the title, ‘Sinking a new Pit’.
