Summary
Pathe Intertitles - "We’ve all met those awkward "party" moments, when things seem to hang fire and the worried hostess wonders what can be done to start a jolly evening -"
"Then, an inspiration - why not start the "match box" game -?"
"Everybody either kneels or sits down on the floor and the game is to pass on a match-box lid from nose to nose-!"
"Then the fun re-commences - those who drop the box, pay forfeit. A good one is the "rabbit’s kiss". This keeps two people and a piece of cotton busy - (and the onlookers amused.)"
"Another forfeit is to sit on a bottle and try and light a cigarettes."
"If Adam thinks it’s easy - let him try -"
"Then the "blindfold supper", with the aid of a spoon and some sugar or bread."
"A difficult forfeit with a chai and pencil - (If any lady thinks it easy, let her try!)"
"Another laughter-raiser - tempting Eve with an apple -"
"Should the apple prove too elusive for one lady - try a bunch -"
"Now, don’t forget your next party!"
