NoS Summary - Miss Boyle’s dancing school in Highgate
British Pathe synopsis: "Dance, dance, dance little damsels..." M/S of interior of dancing school. Girls dressed in white dance around the room in pairs. It looks like a variation on the polka. Other girls sit on the floor and watch. "There’s nothing quite so fascinating as the early efforts of tiny tots" said Miss Boyle..." Miss Boyle stands in the centre of the room encouraging two girls who are dancing together. "Vim and vigour..." Two teenage girls perform an exhibition dance with some acrobatic moves. They end their dance with the splits. "Dancing lines and Dancing Time." A chorus line of girls does a high kick routine. They wear top hats and white dresses with frills. A line of younger girls dance in. They do a high kick routine and trot around in front of the camera.
