Summary
British Pathe synopsis: "For those who like leaping and bounding. Lacrosse is just the game to appeal to all fast ladies (or nearly all)." Panning shot of a ladies lacrosse team. Some are seated, others stand behind them - like a team photograph. Panning shots of girls in gymslips. L/S of a match in progress. "Every week, thousands of Eves litter the landscape, and blot out the skyline, breathing fire and slaughter on an inoffensive Lacrosse ball, trying hard to keep still and look round - " Various shots of a match in progress. Sometimes the girls bash into the crowd of women watching them. There seems to be quite a large crowd watching the game. Various shots of the game including one of the goalkeeper. "Slow-motion, too, shows everything in full swing - very" Some of the game is seen in slow motion. "And to the girl behind the goal, the play looks "la crossest" game of all." The goalkeeper is seen saving a goal in real time then in slow motion.
