Summary
British Pathe synopsis: "Formosa - ten thousand miles away - where the season’s marriage is about to be celebrated." L/S of large number of men in traditional dress dancing around in a circle. C/U of their bare feet. "The Bride’s attendants wear pretty ensembles." Men dance in a circle wearing large head dresses. More shots of the dancing. "I, Kal-a-to-nia, take thee, Tio-kan-du..." C/U of the bride drinking from a small cup. C/U of the groom doing the same. L/S of the villagers enjoying the celebrations in the open air. C/U of another couple drinking from the same cup.
