Summary

NoS Summary - Young boys have fun being rolled along inside car tires.
British Pathe synopsis: South Africa "There are more ways of using motor tyres than on wheels discovered the urchins of Durban." M/S of a man rolling a tire with a child inside through a city street. A group of men stop the tire and the boy falls out. "You want good balance and a balanced tummy to play this game!" L/S of the boy being rolled along. Another boy has a go.
